A Day of Spiritual Grounding

On this second day we invite women to connect with Spirit,
in whatever form you envision the Divine,
and create a energetic field of resonance with the millions of women
who are joining us in this sacred journey. 
We invite you to use this time to envision a world that works--whatever that looks like for you--and to ground that vision through your thoughts, prayers and meditations.

Here are some ideas for activities to celebrate this day:

• Set aside solitary time for silence, prayer, meditation and reflection on this day. Light a candle, close your eyes and visualize the world you would like to experience here on Earth. Allow yourself to have the feelings that new world would bring forth in you and experience gratitude.
  
  
• Gather with other women to share a ritual on this day, using your own intuition and creativity to guide you.
  
  
• Many communities are planning to organize a Day of Silence on this day.
  
  
• Plan to celebrate the wonder of our Mother Earth by spending some time in nature.
  
  
• Use sound, movement, art, writing or some other creative form of expression to deepen your connection with your spiritual Source.
  
  
• Plan a community - wide day of prayer, supported by all the religions and cultures of your area. The day could culminate with a candlelight interfaith prayer service.
